This Privacy Policy contains information concerning the principles of processing and protection of personal data of entities using the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Users”) owned by ARMAPOL PPHU R., M. KUBSIK SPÓŁKA JAWNA located at www.armapol.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and the cookie policy.
The administrator of the personal data provided by the Users is ARMAPOL PPHU R., M. KUBSIK SPÓŁKA JAWNA with its registered office in Przeźmierowo, ul. Ludwika Zamenhofa 142, 61-139 Poznań, hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”.

Personal data can only be accessed by persons with authorizations granted by the Administrator.

The Administrator is responsible for the use of appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the data provided by the Service Users, in particular to prevent access to them by third parties or their processing in violation of the law, preventing data loss, damage or destruction.
Users of the Service have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they consider that data processing violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 17, 2016.
Users of the Service have the right to access the content of their personal data and the right to rectify it, limit its processing, the right to data portability, data deletion, the right to object, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
